If you’ve been following along with my Paso Robles Page (to the right), you’re well aware of the incredible time we’ve been having, all the wonderful wines we’ve been tasting and all of the fantastic treatment we’ve been afforded. If it hasn’t been clear up to this point, we’re falling in love with some of the wines and wineries in the Central Coast. I have a long list of things that we have to seek out and bring into the shop as well as a list of people to e-mail and encourage to seek out a distributor in Wisconsin so we can get their wines.
Although we’re not done with our trip, and there will be more details on the Paso Page, I want to take the opportunity to thank all the wineries that we visited and all those people who made our trip special. It’s apparent to us that those involved in the Paso wine industry have a great passion for what they do, the wines they create and sharing those wines with visitors. That is the passion we try to harness and bring back to Wisconsin with us to impart to you, our customers. Having the desire and willingness to learn and experience will allow you to enhance your enjoyment of the wine world. Trust me – there is always something more to know, learn, taste and enjoy. So keep thinking, and drinking, outside the bottle. Don’t let yourself or your palate get stagnant… and be sure to drink what you like and like what you drink.
